Payments FAQ: deposits and withdrawals
The short answers to the money questions players ask most, without promises we cannot keep.
Deposits
Where do I see the deposit methods? On the deposit page of your account. The methods shown there are the ones your account can use. 12Win does not list payment methods, because they depend on the site and can change.
Is there a minimum deposit? Yes, and it is shown next to each method on the deposit page.
Someone in a chat gave me an account number to pay into. Is that OK? No. Only pay through the site's own deposit page. People who ask you to pay a private account, a phone number or a "recharge agent" are often scammers.
My deposit does not show in my balance. What now? Contact support from the in-app menu and send the amount, the time of the payment and the transaction ID or reference from your payment app or bank. That is what lets the payment be traced.
Withdrawals
What do I need first? On UBET FUN you need a verified email, at least one successful deposit and a bank account added to your profile.
How does it work? You ask for a withdrawal on the withdraw page. It goes to a manual review and shows as "pending approval". You get an email when it has been reviewed. There is a limit of three withdrawal requests per day.
How long does it take? It depends on the review. We do not promise a time, and nobody else should either.
Good habits
- Keep screenshots of every payment until it shows in your balance.
- Never share passwords or one-time codes with anyone, including "support" in private messages.
- Only deposit what fits the budget you set in how to start.
